We offer Component Sourcing and procurement under AVL (Approved Vendor List), Vizmonet Management System (VMS) Full blown ERP system for EBOM, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality & Shipping Management.

  • 𝐏𝐂𝐁 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Our PCB assembly Manufacturing facility is equipped with ROHS Assembly Line, Surface mount Capability for 0201 footprints, Micro BGA with 0.12 ball size on multilayer FPC, placing accuracy up to 30 microns, Flip chip (C4 Process), N2 Reflow Soldering Capability, AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) & AXI (Automatic X-Ray Inspection)

  • 𝐁𝐨𝐱 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Our Box Build facility is equipped with RoHS Assembly Line, Mechanical Components (Heatsink, Brackets etc..) design and manufacturing, Vizmonet Test System (VTS), Home-grown Test tools. Centralized Data log system and Remote monitoring of production status.
