Vizmonet Launches axE4-6000 Wi-Fi 6E MiniPCIe Module with 30 dBm Power

Vizmonet has introduced the axE4-6000 Wi-Fi 6E MiniPCIe module, a high power 6 GHz radio built for industrial and enterprise OEM platforms.

The new module delivers up to 30 dBm transmit power and supports 4×4 MU-MIMO, offering stronger range, higher capacity, and cleaner spectrum performance for demanding deployments.

This module expands the company’s MiniPCIe Transceiver Modules portfolio, giving OEM manufacturers more options for next generation wireless systems.

Why This Launch Matters

Many OEM systems still rely on congested 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The axE4-6000 operates in the 6 GHz spectrum, which is less crowded and more efficient. You can learn more about Wi-Fi 6E technology and its advantages in modern wireless networks.

  • Lower latency
  • Higher throughput
  • Better performance in dense environments
  • Improved reliability for industrial use

For system integrators and network equipment manufacturers, moving to Wi-Fi 6E is becoming essential.

Built for Easy Integration

The axE4-6000 follows the standard MiniPCIe form factor. It integrates directly into existing embedded platforms without redesign.

This reduces development cycles and speeds up product launches for OEM networking products and embedded Wi-Fi system modules.

High Power for Long Range Links

With 30 dBm maximum transmit power, the axE4-6000 supports strong link budget and extended range deployments. Engineers can estimate coverage using the RF Link Planner tool.

  • Industrial automation systems
  • Campus wide wireless networks
  • Outdoor backhaul connections
  • Smart surveillance infrastructure
  • Rugged networking appliances

Higher power improves coverage and helps maintain stable communication in challenging RF conditions.

Powered by Qualcomm QCN9074

At the core of the axE4-6000 is the Qualcomm QCN9074 enterprise network processor. More information about this platform is available on the Qualcomm Wi-Fi platform page.

  • Efficient spectrum usage
  • Improved multi-user handling
  • Low latency scheduling

The combination of enterprise-grade silicon and optimized RF design ensures consistent wireless performance.

Designed for Harsh Environments

The axE4-6000 operates from -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for deployments such as mining wireless applications and other demanding industrial environments.

  • Mining sites
  • Oil and gas facilities
  • Transportation networks
  • Outdoor cabinets

Each module undergoes RF calibration during production to ensure signal quality and stable throughput. Strong out-of-band rejection further improves reliability in crowded RF environments.

Supporting OEM Innovation

Vizmonet provides technical guidance to OEM customers throughout integration, including assistance with global regulatory compliance and homologation.

  • RF layout recommendations
  • Antenna guidance
  • Certification assistance
  • Deployment planning

Now Available for Evaluation

Evaluation samples of the axE4-6000 Wi-Fi 6E MiniPCIe module are now available.

OEM customers can contact the Vizmonet team for technical details, pricing, and integration support.

As industries move toward higher bandwidth and cleaner spectrum connectivity, the axE4-6000 provides a practical path to 6 GHz deployment.
